Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellations/Warranties

At this time, policies will be determined based upon the type of product or service purchased.  There will be no exchanges of products or services and cancellations of recurring billing services/products will be available.  One can cancel a recurring service/product and it will immediately be cancelled except in the case of contracts that supersede the product policy.  Refunds will be available based upon a product or service basis as some products and services are specifically designed for the individual client and will not be able to be refunded.  Each product or service will have a clear policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
